44bdt Terms & Conditions

2.1 Age Requirement

To register and use the 44bdt platform, you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that your date of birth as entered during registration is accurate. 44bdt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point — including but not limited to a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — and to suspend your account pending verification if such proof is not provided promptly.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

44bdt's services are made available to players located in Bangladesh, including all eight administrative divisions: Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh. It is your responsibility to ensure that online gambling is permitted under the laws applicable to your location. 44bdt does not make representations as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction and accepts no liability for players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To create a 44bdt account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification document.
• A valid date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older.
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your name with a Bangladesh mobile operator (Grameenphone, Banglalink, Robi, Airtel BD, or Teletalk).
• A valid mobile financial services (MFS) account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) registered in your name for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension without refund of any deposited funds pending investigation.

2.4 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one 44bdt account. Operating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, 44bdt will close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or unsettled wagers, and forfeit all bonus balances. Real-money balances may be subject to investigation before any refund is considered.

2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

44bdt reserves the right to conduct KYC verification at any point during a player's lifecycle on the platform. Verification may be triggered by withdrawal requests above threshold amounts, changes to account details, or risk-based assessments. Players subject to KYC verification will be asked to submit copies of a valid NID, passport, or other government-issued document. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is satisfied.

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

44bdt accepts deposits via the following Bangladesh Mobile Financial Services (MFS) providers: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. Minimum deposit amounts are as follows:

• bKash: minimum ৳200 per transaction.
• Nagad: minimum ৳200 per transaction.
• Rocket: minimum ৳300 per transaction.
• Upay: minimum ৳300 per transaction.

Deposits are credited to your 44bdt account balance in Bangladeshi Taka. In the event that a deposit does not reflect within 15 minutes of the MFS transaction being confirmed, you should contact support@44bdt.bet with the MFS transaction reference number for manual investigation.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals from your 44bdt account are processed back to the same MFS account used for your most recent deposit. You may not withdraw funds to an MFS account registered to a different identity than your 44bdt account. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 44bdt targets a processing time of 30 minutes or less for standard withdrawal requests. During periods of high volume or where additional verification is required, processing may take up to 24 hours.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be processed:

• Your account registration information must be complete and accurate.
• Any KYC verification request issued by 44bdt must be fully satisfied.
• All wagering requirements attached to any active bonus must be met in full, or the bonus must be forfeited, before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money balance (bonus balance is not withdrawable directly — only winnings derived from completing bonus wagering requirements).

4.4 Transaction Errors and Chargebacks

If you believe a deposit or withdrawal has been processed incorrectly, you must contact 44bdt support within 72 hours of the transaction date, providing the MFS transaction reference number and the amount involved. 44bdt will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, reversal, or dispute through your MFS provider for a valid 44bdt transaction — rather than reporting the issue to 44bdt support first — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

4.5 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your 44bdt account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised account holder of the MFS account being used. 44bdt is committed to preventing financial crime and may request evidence of source of funds at any time as part of its compliance obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket are eligible for the 44bdt welcome bonus: a 100% match on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000 in bonus funds. To qualify, the minimum first deposit must be ৳500. The welcome bonus is a one-time offer and is available to each verified player once only. Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and suspension of all associated accounts.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 with a matching bonus of ৳1,000 requires a total wagering of ৳60,000 before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable. Wagering contributions by game type are as follows:

• Slots: 100% contribution toward wagering requirements.
• Live Casino (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar): 20% contribution.
• Sports betting (pre-match and in-play): 10% contribution for bets with odds of 1.50 or greater.
• Jackpot slots and certain excluded games: 0% contribution. Excluded games are listed in the promotions section.

6.3 Bonus Validity Period

All bonuses must be claimed within 7 days of being credited to your account and wagered within 30 days of the claim date. Bonuses not claimed or wagering requirements not met within the specified validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being automatically removed from the account without further notice.

6.4 Promotional Campaigns

44bdt runs seasonal promotional campaigns timed around the Bangladeshi calendar, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), and major cricket tournaments including BPL, IPL, and the T20 World Cup. Each promotion carries its own specific terms regarding eligibility, minimum deposit, wagering requirements, and validity period. These individual promotion terms are published alongside the promotion and form part of these Terms by reference.

6.5 Abuse of Bonuses

44bdt actively monitors for bonus abuse behaviour. Behaviour deemed abusive includes but is not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to exhaust wagering requirements with minimal risk; multiple accounts claiming the same promotion; use of betting strategies (e.g., Martingale) that effectively guarantee completion of wagering requirements without meaningful risk; and claiming bonuses using payment methods other than those specified in the promotion terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, 44bdt reserves the right to void the bonus, void any associated winnings, and suspend the account without prior notice.

8.1 Suspension by 44bdt

44bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes.
• The player has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The player has operated multiple accounts in violation of the one-account rule.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• A responsible gaming self-exclusion request has been received from the account holder or from a third party with standing to make such a request.

8.2 Consequences of Suspension

Where an account is suspended for investigation, all pending bets and withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending the outcome of the review. 44bdt will endeavour to complete its investigation within 10 business days. Where an account is closed for a confirmed breach of these Terms, bonus balances will be forfeited and real-money balances may be withheld pending the outcome of any financial crime or fraud investigation.

8.3 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their 44bdt account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support@44bdt.bet. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled normally, and any real-money balance in the account will be returned to your registered MFS account following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Voluntary account closure does not affect 44bdt's right to retain transaction records in accordance with its data retention obligations.

8.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 44bdt will notify the registered mobile number associated with an account before it is classified as inactive. Inactive accounts may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of ৳100 per month deducted from the remaining real-money balance, where a balance exists. Once the balance reaches zero, the inactive account will be closed. Players with inactive accounts may reactivate them by contacting support@44bdt.bet and completing any required re-verification.

8.5 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from the use of the 44bdt platform shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute between you and 44bdt, you should first contact our support team at support@44bdt.bet to attempt an informal resolution. 44bdt commits to responding to all formal disputes within 10 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts.

8.6 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 44bdt's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 44bdt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption due to factors outside 44bdt's reasonable control including but not limited to telecommunications network failures, acts of government, or force majeure events.
